  • I’ve always wondered what type of leaf a treestar really is. Any ideas? Is the plant extinct nowadays or was it just made up?

I went to an outdoor activities program in Utah for a while and saw some EXTREMELY large leaves there. Kale or chard maybe? I acruelly like kale and if it was a tree star I would gladly eat it.

I have absolutely no idea. Good question though!

I recently went to a stargazing program at Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument in Colorado, and take a look at this picture I got in the visitor center. Does it look familiar? The only thing is that it was VERY small. The actual size was, if memory serves, only a little bit bigger than how it shows on my iPhone SE.
