Anyway it looked like a dome head among the great valley inhabitants.

There was. However, in movie 5, if you look closely, you can see a Domehead like the bad type inside the Great Valley.
Personally, in my headcanon, Domeheads are part of a sinister group of omnivores called Fanged Flatteeth that can eat plants, Leaf Eaters, and eggs.
